- Refunds are applicable only for tax preparation services provided by GCON Tax Solutions.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are primarily applicable in instances of service-related issues (e.g., errors in tax calculations, late filings attributable to our error).

- Service Error: A refund request due to an error in service must be substantiated with clear evidence of GCON Tax Solutions’ failure to provide the agreed-upon service.
- Timeline: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service completion date.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client are not eligible for refunds.
- Disappointment with the amount of tax refund or liability, where GCON Tax Solutions has accurately prepared the tax return based on the information provided, does not qualify for a refund.
4. Process for Initiating a Refund

- Include a detailed explanation of the issue and any relevant documents as evidence.
5. Review and Communication
- Upon receiving a refund request, our team will review the case thoroughly.

6. Refund Method and Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days of the refund approval.
- In exceptional cases, an alternate refund method may be considered at GCON Tax Solutions’ discretion.
7. Fees and Costs
- In cases where the refund is due to an error on our part, the full amount paid for the service will be refunded.
- There are no additional fees or costs for processing a refund.
